Absolutely. Most of our clients start as complete beginners. Your first consultation maps your starting point, and every session is scaled to your level - no experience needed, just willingness.

Three options: our private women-only studio at 4 Cleek Drive, Southampton (SO16 7PQ), your home via our mobile service, or an outdoor location that suits you.

Yes - pre & post natal training is one of our specialities. Programmes are adapted for every trimester and for a safe, confident return after birth, always in line with your GP or midwife guidance.

We review your history and goals, run a gentle movement assessment, tour the studio, and you leave with a personal roadmap - no pressure to commit to anything on the day.

Every PT block includes nutrition guidance as standard. For deeper support, dedicated meal plans and habit coaching can be added to any programme - realistic food, family-friendly, no crash diets.

Very. We work around your lifestyle - early mornings, lunchtimes, evenings and weekends. Sessions can be rescheduled with notice, and blocks roll flexibly around holidays.

Pricing depends on the block you choose, and the best way to get the figure that suits you is to ask directly. Most clients book a block of 8 or 12 sessions because progress comes from consistency rather than one-offs. Blocks stay valid for 12 months, so there is no pressure to train through an injury or a busy month - simply pause and pick up where you left off.

Our coaching is exclusively for women, and the 4 Cleek Drive studio is a private, women-only space. If you have ever felt hesitant or self-conscious in a mixed gym, that is exactly the environment we built to remove.

Most clients notice strength and energy changes within 3–4 weeks. Visible change in shape or weight takes longer and depends on consistency, nutrition and your starting point - anyone promising a 30-day transformation is overpromising. The first consultation sets a realistic timeline for you specifically.

Often yes, but we need to know first. Bring any relevant notes or clearance from your GP or physio, and we will adapt or refer rather than push through pain. Some movements can be scaled or swapped entirely, and we would always rather modify a session than risk aggravating anything.

Yes - goal-based programming is a large part of what we do. We work backwards from your target date, build the plan in blocks, and adjust as you go. Many clients arrive with a specific event in mind, and that focus makes the programme far easier to stick to.
