Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 25 September 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Flex Fitness by Faiza. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website (flexfitnessbyfaiza.com) and the provision of our personal training services.

By accessing this website or booking a session, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our website or services if you do not accept all of the terms stated on this page.

2. Health and Safety

Before commencing any personal training programme, you must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). You are responsible for consulting a medical professional before starting a new exercise regimen, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions or are pre/postnatal. Flex Fitness by Faiza reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe for you to train.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

All sessions must be booked in advance. We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be charged in full and deducted from your block or membership.

If your trainer needs to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and rearrange the session at a mutually convenient time.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment for consultations, single sessions, or blocks of sessions must be made in full before the training commences. Session blocks are non-refundable and must be used within the specified validity period (usually 3 months from the date of purchase, unless agreed otherwise).

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be cancelled and charged in full.

6. Liability

While every care is taken to ensure your safety during training, exercise carries inherent risks. Flex Fitness by Faiza accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in our training programmes, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law (such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

7. Website Use

The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found on this website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
